Ever since my two sisters and I played “school” back in Chicago in the late1960s, I knew I wanted to become a teacher.  Almost 30 years later, my wish finally came true!  Working with children is a very rewarding experience, and I feel truly blessed to be part of the Chapman Hills family of parents, students, and staff. 

My career started here in the spring of 2000, and I have experience teaching third, fourth, and fifth grades.  It warms my heart when students from previous years come back to visit.  Knowing they are doing well academically is such a satisfying feeling.

I received my B.A. degree in American Studies, graduating summa cum laude, from Cal State Fullerton.  I also hold a multiple subject teaching credential from National University.

My hobbies include reading, traveling, shopping, attending Springsteen concerts and Cubs games, and spending time with my wonderful husband, Chris, and two puppies, Martini and Sweet Pea.
