Principal's Message
Welcome to the 2016-17 school year at Esplanade Elementary! As the new and proud principal of Esplanade Elementary, I look forward to working closely with our students, families, school staff, and community. At Esplanade Elementary, we are committed to providing our students with a safe learning environment that will teach them to think critically, be creative, collaborate, and communicate effectively. We have a caring and committed staff who are dedicated to inspiring our students to reach their full potential as life-long learners and citizens. They are also dedicated to challenging and supporting our students by building a rigorous comprehensive program and providing a strong academic foundation.
As we embark on this journey together, I highly encourage all parents to get involved by serving on our Parent Teacher Association (PTA), School Site Council (SSC), English Language Advisory Committee (ELAC), and other school groups. Studies show that students make greater academic gains when parents are highly engaged in their education.
