Registration 2017-2018

These documents will be completed and returned to Canyon Hills by Monday, August 28.
Please go to the following link and follow all steps for entering your student information.

Click the link to access your Parent Portal account.  If you do not know your password, please click on “Forgot Password”.  If you have other OUSD students, you must use the same email to access each student’s materials on the Parent Portal.  Each student will need to be registered separately.
You will see the message:  “You have not yet completed the Student Data Confirmation Process”.
Click Here to confirm the information about your student.

If you do not see your student's name in the drop down menu, please call the Canyon Hills office at 714-997-6171.

All families will complete their registration materials and return the documentation as requested.  You will need to print, complete, and return the following forms to Canyon Hills. This may be sent via student backpack or brought to the school directly by Monday, August 28.

*One Emergency Card (front and back completed)
*Student Health Inventory
*Over- The- Counter Medication Form
*Off Campus Activity Permission
*Student Insurance Form
